Criminal Records Access in Jackson County

Also, whether requesting a certified or plain copy, the applicable statutory fee must be paid before the record is released. Processing times may vary based on the nature of the request and the volume of work required.

Federal Court Records in Jackson County

Cases handled by federal courts are generally available through the Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) locator, which provides remote access to case files and docket information. Through this system, users can search for cases by party name, case number, or other basic details. Records may also be obtained by mail, by transmitting a written request to the clerk’s office where the case was filed.
